I love St. Edith.  I feel so comfortable and welcomed here.  I've been here 30+ years and seen many changes to our liturgy.  So as I took on Art and Environment, I sure didn’t want to be involved in Worship Commission, too.  I was just learning about decorating for the different seasons but I had to attend the meetings. Well, as time passed I really began to enjoy working with everyone and realizing how many people it takes to prepare our liturgies.  As for myself, I want to beautify the sanctuary so parishioners feel a prayerful atmosphere each week.  My husband Bob comes with me and we find a time to pray as we work with the flowers.  The quiet, the running water and sometimes the practicing musician makes being there special.  I can't believe it has been eight years already and I do love St. Edith.
