All widowed men and women regardless of faith affiliation or length of time since the death of a spouse, are welcome to participate in all activities and special events. Widowed Friends is a one hundred percent volunteer organization and while it operates with the approval of the Archdiocese of Detroit, it is self-governing and financially supported by its membership. Family Life

The Family Life Committee, as part of the Education Commission, helps to plan parish wide functions that are both social and formational. This would include family fun events (such as the summer Family Movie Night, the Fall Family Festival), procuring speakers on a variety of topics, special event dinners (the Couple’s Valentine Dinner) and assisting with the Parish Faith Sharing Sunday afternoons.
